Surprisingly good stay
great location comfortable room helpful staff easy access
the hotel have a great location near many shops and restaurants. my room was comfortable, and sunlight enter making it aesthetic. the staff were always ready to assist with my documentation needs. i find the hotel very easy to access due to its central location.
i notice some dust, and i thought the bed sheets could be cleaner.

faulty air conditioning old equipment
The location was acceptable. It was near some shops.
The air conditioning barely worked, it was quite warm at night. the staff didn't seem concerned when i reported it. also, the gym equipment was old. The treadmill i tried kept stopping.

helpful staff clean rooms
The staff was friendly and helpful. mr burak kaya was particularly helpful. He offered assistance whenever needed. the hotel rooms were clean.
the lighting in the room had some issues when switching on or off. it did not always work correctly
